As a fractional GTM executive specializing in revenue acceleration and working for multiple companies at one time, I have the unique opportunity to evaluate AI-based GTM tools on a regular basis—sometimes in the range of 3 to 5 different tools per week. After doing this for a few months, I started assembling a chart in the spirit of a "Gartner Magic Quadrant" that allows me to keep track of these tools by category, along with what I perceive to be their Ease of Implementation and Potential ROI. That quadrant is below.
I spent the last week or so putting this together for myself, and thought I'd share with my network as well. The AI landscape on the GTM side is moving quickly, but this is where I believe we stand on AI use in GTM acceleration as of July of 2025 . . . let's call this "a view from the trenches."
Due to the speed at which the market is changing, I plan on updating this every month and making a separate post about it. Admittedly, immediately after publishing this I realized I had left off a few key categories, including:
AI-Based Website Optimization (basically SEO)
AI-Based PPC Optimization
I will be sure to include these next month. Anyway, here is the first quadrant:

As part of this exercise I will also regularly make posts about each individual category—basically explain what each technology is supposed to do, what it actually does, why it ranks where it ranks, and which vendors to watch for in the space.
Please enjoy this with my compliments. And if you have questions freel free to call, text or email any time (if you already know me) or ping me via LinkedIn (if you don't know me). My profile is open.
